Cooking Demonstration and Wine Pairing - SOLD OUT

Description: This event is now sold out.
More Info: This event will include a meal, wine pairing and dessert prepared in the educational theater of the New York Wine and Culinary Center located on the north shore of beautiful Canandaigua Lake.

The menu consists of:

* Pork belly, crispy cracklins, summer greens and vanilla honey vinaigrette
* Boursin cheese and prosciutto stuffed chicken breast, lyonnaise potatoes, wilted spinach and chicken jus
* Salted maple Bavarian

Each course is accompanied by a wine chosen specifically to compliment the food offered.

Please arrive by 10:45 a.m. so the event may proceed on schedule.
